FPJは、家庭や学校で「観察の習慣」を育てるための学びの仕組みです。
まずは目的に近い入口からどうぞ。

観察は、

子どもが、目の前の世界を

どう感じ、どう受け止めたか。

その小さな気づきから、

観察は静かに始まります。

観察のバトンを、次の世代へ

FPJは、小さな生命の観察から生まれる気づきを、次の時代へ手渡していく“バトン”です。

観察から生まれる気づきと学びを、その時代、その国、その人に合った形で次へつないでいく。　

それがFPJの「Global Vision」です。

1. なぜFPJなのか、なぜ今なのか

子どもたちは今情報・スピード・スクリーンに囲まれた環境で育っています。
しかし、科学や共感、想像力の原点は、
今も変わらず ひとつの小さな気づきから始まります。

それは──
生きもののわずかな変化に気づき、
その瞬間を、信頼する誰かと分かち合うこと。

FPJは、この静かで本質的な瞬間を守るために生まれました。
成長の早い植物、丁寧な観察、
そして人に寄り添うAIの力を組み合わせ、家族と学校がともに 「生きた時間」を探究できる環境をつくります。

2. バトンという考え方

観察は、教え込まれて始まるものではありません。
小さな変化に気づき、その意味を感じ取り、誰かと分かち合うところから静かに始まります。

FPJが大切にしているのは、その気づきの瞬間を一回限りで終わらせず、次の人へ手渡していくことです。
親から子へ、先生から生徒へ、地域から世界へ。
観察、記憶、学びは、形を変えながら受け継がれていきます。

だからFPJは、ひとつの表現を固定するのではなく、その時代、その場、その相手に合った最善の形を選び続けます。
変わるものに応じて形は更新しても、観察すること、気づくこと、学びを継承すること。
その核を守り続けることが、FPJのバトンの考え方です。

3. 長期的なビジョン

FPJが目指すのは、
「ともに観察する」というシンプルな実践を共有するグローバルなネットワークです。

私たちは将来に向けて、次のことを大切にしています。

4. 開かれた招待

FPJは、日本の小さなプロジェクトとして始まりました。
家族の記憶と、日常の観察から生まれた取り組みです。

いま、私たちは世界に向けて、
ひとつの静かな招待を差し出しています。

ともに生命を観察し、
小さな生命の光を、未来へ手渡しましょう。

FPJ (Fast Plants Japan) is a learning platform built around

Life × Light × Learning,

designed to connect moments of observation across generations.

We believe that small moments of observation—especially in early childhood—

can become a baton that carries curiosity, care, and creativity into the future.

From Japanese homes and classrooms to the world,

FPJ builds a gentle yet enduring bridge of light and learning.

Children today grow up surrounded by information, speed, and screens.

Yet the foundations of science, empathy, and imagination still begin with

a single small moment of noticing.

It is the moment when a child notices a small change in a living thing

and shares that discovery with someone they trust.

FPJ was created to protect and amplify this quiet yet essential moment.

By combining fast-growing plants, light, careful observation,

and human-centered AI,

we create environments where families and schools explore living time together.

We aim to:

・Develop FPJ Family and School kits adaptable to local cultures

・Create a living archive of children’s observations, a “Memory of Light”

・Explore new models of AI-supported and Bayesian observation with researchers

・Express stories of light and growth through art and public spaces

・An Open Invitation

FPJ began as a small project in Japan,

rooted in family history and everyday observation.

Today, we offer a quiet invitation to the world.
