  Import requirements for seeds vary by country/region (e.g., permits, phytosanitary requirements, and local taxes such as GST/VAT). International shipping is subject to case-by-case review, and shipping products with seeds may not be possible in some locations.   In general, the importer (buyer/receiving organization) is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, and any applicable taxes/fees.
